  • Friends of Captain Jessup Bahinting pay their last respects for the pilot who died in a plane crash in Masbate. Bahinting was with DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo, Police Senior Inspector Jun Abrazado, and Nepalese co-pilot Kshitiz Chand when their Piper Seneca plane plunged into the sea, 300 meters away from the Masbate airport. Bahinting's body was recovered Wednesday, four days after the plane crash. His remains now lie in state at St. Peter's Funeral Homes in Cebu City, Philippines. (Sunnex)
