NUESTRA SEÑORA DE LA LUZ IN LOON. The quake that struck around 8:12 a.m. last October 15, 2013 quickly brought down three heritage churches in Bohol Province and damaged more than 20 others. Among those that collapsed was the Nuestra Senora de la Luz in Loon town. This photo was taken 11 months after the quake, using a drone. The Bohol Rehabilitation Plan estimates that P100 million is needed to replace the structure, at the heart of the town's community life. (Allan Cuizon)
