  • READY. A notice is already posted on the door of NCCC HB1 announcing the five-day liquor ban, which was supposed to start today, May 9, until midnight of May 13. Except that, the Supreme Court has issued a temporary restraining order on the extended liquor ban and ruled that what is legal is the regular two-day liquor ban since there has been no law passed to amend the Omnibus Election Code.
