Still no decent living after Isla Verde fire

DAVAO. As ambivalent as the expression is -- which can mean beautiful, addict, or can even be a term of endearment -- so are the communities from where Boulevard is derived from. Since the fire that razed Isla Verde along Quezon Boulevard in April last year, many still do not have decent living facilities as the City Government continues to apportion lands and delineate spaces for roads and alleys, almost a year later. (King Rodriguez)
