Pier boys flip sliced sardines to dry

Young boys flip the sliced tamban (sardines) they are drying on the seawall of Sta. Ana Pier, eager to have them all dried and brought home. Tamban is the cheapest fish and sells for P10 a kilo from fishermen who dock at the pier. (Seth delos Reyes)
