New harvests of fruits, vegetables

DAVAO. A market laborer untangles the ropes holding big baskets of new harvests of vegetables and fruits from Davao City's outskirts at the vegetable section of the Bangkerohan Public Market along Magallanes Street. Daily, jeepneys and trucks from the third district of Davao City and from farm areas in Davao del Sur unload vegetables and fruits, which are sold at unbelievably low prices. (Seth delos Reyes)
