  • KULIGLIG. A hand tractor becomes more than just a tractor operated with the hand, but a rural transport as well. Called ‘kuliglig’ by the Tagalogs because of the sound it emits, hand tractors have for so long evolved into this vehicle that are at times as gaily painted as jeepneys.
