Cebu Cardinal Vidal's appeal

CEBU. Archbishop Emeritus Ricardo Cardinal Vidal (seated) reads his statement in his Banilad residence, saying that “recent developments” have made calls for President Aquino to step down “even more urgent and imperative.” Behind him are leaders of various archdioceses, including Cebu Archbishop Jose Palma (third from right).
