LATEST COMPLAINANT. Eduardo Largo, 36, (left) was sitting outside a car sales shop past midnight Friday in San Isidro, Talisay City, when a man asked him for his boss’ phone number, then shot him thrice in the arm and leg when he declined. Largo later identified the gunman as the Talisay City mayor’s son, Joavan Fernandez. The mayor, however, said his son couldn’t have been involved because he was in a motel at that time.
